Perseus Rope Access has been a long time coming. Like many great ideas, it started with a dream — a drive to do things differently, to build something honest and hands-on in an industry we know inside out.
From our early days as young, aspiring technicians, we both shared the same feeling — an itch we needed to scratch. We wanted to take the skills, experience, and lessons we’d learned over the years and channel them into something of our own: a company built on quality, professionalism, and integrity.
Coming from different backgrounds, we each bring something unique to the table. Robert has an extensive background in all things rope access, having worked across some of London’s most prestigious apartment complexes and offices. His experience dealing with high-profile clients and facility managers has given him a deep understanding of what top-level service really means — professionalism, precision, and reliability.
Frankie, on the other hand, took a more technical route. Before rope access, he completed a university degree, developing skills in research, communication, and technology. Since then, he’s worked alongside Robert on countless projects, ensuring every job meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Frankie has also spent time off the ropes, managing client communications and operations for other leading companies — experience that now helps Perseus maintain seamless coordination from office to onsite.
Together, we founded Perseus Rope Access to bring control, creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail back into the work we love — without the time restraints or top-down pressure that too often compromise quality.
